Press releases on NYMetro 5 are authored by their submitters. We act as a distribution channel and do not independently fact-check or endorse submitted material.
NYMetro 5 displays news headlines aggregated from publicly available news feeds via the MediaStack news API, keyword-filtered to New York, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. We display only the headline, a short excerpt, thumbnail, and timestamp. Every headline links to the original article. We do not republish or modify article bodies. All content remains the property of its respective publisher. NYMetro 5 is not affiliated with any broadcast network or media organization.
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative who believes content should be removed, email press@nymetro5.statesyncrecordermedia.com. We will remove cited content within 48 hours.
Press release content remains the property of the submitter. By publishing through our platform, you grant NYMetro 5 a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and distribute the material on the Site.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NYMetro 5 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
